Can I return my product if I do not like it?
We hope this won’t be the case, but yes, if you are not satisfied with the product we have a 30-day return policy where you can receive a full refund on your order if you ordered in the USA or Canada.
If you live outside of USA or Canada, simply email us within 30 days of purchase, and we will authorize your full refund for your opened or unopened bottles. Shipping and duties paid by you.

What happens if I receive a broken device?
We’re sad, but don’t be. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID number and a picture or video of the broken device so we can help issue you an exchange or a refund.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Credit card refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. If the refund is made through PayPal, expect up to 2-3 business days.
